什么情况下您需要进行 B2B 订单? 

基于中国地区的清关政策，目前所有官网订单按照个人包裹的条款进行清关。如果同一实名收货人的累计下单金额过大，海关有权怀疑订单的用途并做出不予通关的决定。如果您预计购买金额超过10万人民币，建议按照企业订单进行清关和结算。

• 订单总金额：人民币10万元以上。
• 对外贸易资质：需要具备。如不具备，将需要支付相应费用（具体费用根据订单情况由物流服务商核算后提供）。
• 报价：填写SKU（货号）及采购数量后，我们会根据采购单来为您提供报价。一般单个SKU的数量在80以上才能获取到较低的采购价格。

重要说明

• B2B订单仅限企业自用（如项目采购、办公室布置、员工福利等），不得进行转售。
• 以下品牌可提供批发价格：Scandi Living、NJRD、1898、Swedese、Garbo&Friends。
• 可提供 人民币、美元或欧元 报价。

• 港澳台地区由于清关政策和大陆不同，起订金额同为10万人民币，运输和清关和上述或有不同，详情可邮件咨询。

When do you need to place a B2B order?

According to customs regulations in Mainland China, all website orders are cleared as personal parcels. If the cumulative order amount under the same recipient becomes too large, customs has the right to suspect commercial use and may reject clearance. If your expected purchase amount exceeds RMB 100,000, we recommend placing a B2B order for customs clearance and settlement.

• Order Amount: Starting from RMB 100,000.
• Foreign Trade Qualification: Required. If not available, additional service fees will be charged (calculated by the logistics provider based on the order).
• Quotation: Please provide SKU (item number) and purchase quantity. We will prepare a quotation based on your purchase list. In general, orders with 80 pcs or more per SKU will receive better unit prices. ※ SKU reference: Nordic Nest product page → Product details → Item number

Important Notes

• B2B orders are strictly for company’s own use (e.g. project procurement, office decoration, employee benefits, etc.) and resale in any form is not allowed.
• Wholesale prices are available for the following brands: Scandi Living, NJRD, 1898, Swedese, Garbo&Friends.
• Quotations can be provided in CNY, USD, or EUR.

Reminders

• Orders without a B2B agreement can only be cleared as personal parcels.
• For Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, the minimum order amount is also RMB 100,000, but customs and logistics processes may differ. Please contact us via email for details.
• Please note that logistics costs for one shipment are usually above RMB 10,000, and both customs clearance and logistics costs will be charged separately.
